We offer: • Apartment rental and management services • Property listings for landlords • Assistance for foreigners (relocation, legal support, translation) • B2B housing solutions (for companies & factories)

• Provide accurate and complete information • Comply with Polish law when renting or leasing • Respect agreements with landlords, tenants, and YesFlat

• YesFlat charges service fees or commissions depending on the model (management or one-time rental). • All fees are communicated before contracts are signed. • Payments must be made on time as agreed in the contract.

• Landlords confirm they have the legal right to rent their property. • Tenants agree to respect property rules and pay rent on time. • YesFlat may act on behalf of landlords when authorized.

YesFlat strives to provide accurate information but is not responsible for: • False details provided by landlords or tenants • Damages caused by misuse of property Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the service in the last 12 months.

All website content, branding, and design belong to YesFlat. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

• Both users and YesFlat may terminate agreements with notice (as defined in contracts). • Immediate termination is possible if rules are violated.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by Polish courts.
